Fixed the problem, i removed techtree tiers used to 0 for every hero i used.
Someone know how to really repick and have heroes available to buy from tavern, because now when someone type repick it get random hero, and if i remove the part about random hero, i still cannot choice a new hero. (my map need multiple repick)
