Hey whats with the lil grey/green/red boxes? Im new here lookin for WE advice.

Those boxes are reputation for users, it measures how much that user helps or sucks. Doesn't mean much to me though, other then a game. I see it as a goal to get higher and higher rep until you surpass even the helper! Well maybe not that high..... And if your new to the forum then read the forum rules or you might get negative rep. Click on the silver balance to give -/+ rep.

you cant really give rep because you have no rep. you give rep acording to the amount of rep you have. if you have negative or no rep, you cant. i think anyway.........

If you have zero rep you give or take 1 point of rep. If you have negative rep you do not give any points or take away - either way.

So thats why i got so much rep when you gave me my first rep... I got like 30 right away.
