Simple cinematic question

Hi, I'm new to this world editor stuff and I haven't found answer to this anywhere:

How can I make transmissions from units without turning the cinematic mode on?

Because when I did basic transmission from unit trigger with text without cinematic mode, it only showed the unit who was supposed to say something speaking animation but no text appeared to show what he's saying.

I mean a text message that is said by unit.

Like:

Captain: Good job, here's some gold for your trouble

Basically a cinematic transmission without having cinematic mode on, if you get what im saying

I need it to make enemies say something when they're damaged etc
