Skill help: Shield Slam

This is to advance for me, so please help me I am trying to make a new skill out of Storm Bolt of Mountain King, I renamed it "Shield Slam" and change the Cast Range into 0 so that the hero would go near the target to cast the skill. I am trying to make: when cast upon target, the target would go back 200 range away from my hero and whoever touches the target that is currently going back 200 range away would get stun for 1 seconds and be damaged by 100 magic damage base.

This is the version i'm using.

It takes a little bit of getting used to. but I changed it and changed it and changed it and eventually got it working how I wanted it.

and change the casting range to 100 or 150....0 would be right IN the middle of the target
