Spell Ideas - Mortar Crew

So yeah... Basically I'm looking for some spell ideas for the mortar crew hero in my game...He needs a passive, a defensive, and offensive, and an ult that can be any one of the 3 *Or all 3 of the 3 however it works out*. I plan on him being perhaps either agi or int, probably agi... Not sure though... So it's an AoS type map, and he can be virtually any kinda hero, thanks in advance

Targets: Self
Type: Passive; Self-Buff
Description: Increases the range and damage of the Mortar Crew (its a dwarf, aye?) and its attacks will deal splash damage in a small area.

Name: Bombard
Targets: Ground
Type: Active, Aoe dmg
Description: Fires x bullets/mortars/bombs? in the air damaging enemy units in a tiny/medium/huge area.

 

[PrisonLove]

Splitting Mortar: Launches a mortar high into the air that will explode mid air and rain a bunch of bombs down onto an area. (basically it's the Gears of War mortar).

 

[Faust]

Sharpnel:
After a second or two special ammo loading, the mortar fires small pieces of "stuff" that deal high damage to close range in a small area (the projectiles move very fast ).

Swiftness
increases reloadingspeed with 40%

and maybe u could do an ability with requires an ITEM to be able to cast it, maybe a megaton bomb or something like that.

 

[Scary Nachos]

1. Something like.. cluster rockets or something..
2. Flare abbility or Far Sight
3. Splash Damage, like cleaving but... yeah.. AOE damage
4. Some sorta tracker missle that hits heros. Can be used with #2

Just make the attack # missile splash, etc, and then enable it with an orb ability or something like that.
