Spell importing question

im trying to get the freezing laser spell imported and i cant figure out how to do it i imported the spell and the dummy and the frost nova ability thing that it has. the map is here if anyone can help me

If it has triggers that go with it you will need to import those to

i couldnt find any triggers that was the problem

well is it an non-triggered ability? if it is then u have to import the abiltity (units, buffs) those are usally the ones you use to make a non-triggered ability
