Steam Crashes when I login

Everytime I try to run Steam, it says "Connecting Steam Account: namename"
But then, "Steam has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
And Steam shuts down..

I've never had this problem before, and it worked fine yesterday.

WHat do I do?

You should search your answer on the Steam Support site. I know that I've had this problem before, but only temporary. Try restarting your computer unless you already have. There might be a temporary folder that you could delete, but I don't use Steam enough to know how to fix this problem.

You can also check out the Forums, I'm sure they will know how to fix it
