This is to style and add new themes instead of the old boring ones that windows XP has
I hate normal, standard, default, you name it!
So heres a little tutorial on how to at least improve your theme.
This is also free.
You will have to download Universal Patcher, the program will mod your uxtheme.dll so you can use 3rd party programs with it.

And log in as me, log in "Lawlosaurus", and the password is "mayiask".
Install it, now you have to reboot.
Now, you can install new themes, (right click/properties/themes)
Get themes at http://browse.deviantart.com/customization/skins/windows/visualstyle/
or Google "visual styles" and alot will come up about visual styles, some will self-install when downloaded.
Or you will have to manually install them yourself.
Open the ZIP file and extract the files to C:\windows\resources\themes in some cases, other, just place them where ever you want and open the "Visual Style File"
Then ether right click/properties/themes or control panel/display/appearance.
