If this is supposed to be a Jass trigger, start looking up those BJ functions and see what they're doing (might be a good idea to replace them).

Regarding the actual trigger:
What is it supposed to do?
Currently it does some player init and fills two arrays on mapInit.
One contains 8 unittype ids and one contains the numbers 1-8 in increasing order.

This is the map I got the code from. It greys out half of the lines in the trigger and wont let me cange the values. I tried to change it to JASS and fill in the values but it makes the BJ files and I have no idea how to use them.

I am very noob at this programming. I have no idea where to start with variables and how to make the Tavern be the 1st active unit for character choice. I might just give up and stick to playing oter peoples' awsome maps.
