im actually really proud of the outcome i got

To be honest, I am very realisticly strict regarding the sizing and relative positioning of objects in relation to other things. The thing that first caught my eye was the well. It is too big.

Also, the grass going up to the steep mountain should be dry dirt or primarily rock. It is extremely difficult for grass to grow at that position.

As for the picture itself, add more detail. Don't leave empty areas but it is decent work.

I'd guess its a clever use of tilted and raised shrubs. That's amazing, by the way... reminds me of the Greek titan in Age of Mythology.
