TimerUtils Error : function NewTimer takes nothing returns timer

This is the TimerUtils BLUE error i keep getting, whenever i use 123 B + or the older version of timerutils.

It says this is the fault:
function NewTimer takes nothing returns timer

Please help. >>

Do you have Newgen?
What does your trigger look like?
What are you trying to do?

You can't use an older version of TimerUtils in 1.23b or higher, it uses the return bug, if you know how to change the H2I call of TimerUtils to GetHandleID() then you might be able to make it work.

And i have newgen, duhh.. i also tryed the lastest version.. etc..
Im trying to save my map, but it gives that error :S

no i have 1.23, well i cant remember i tried that server once but for some reason i cant remember if i actually finished downloading it.

but uhmm at lower right corner it says 1.23 .. ..
