If anyone (*cough*WHEN anyone has time*cough) thinks they can make a better one, please let me know, my site's gonna be up and running this year (don't know when though :/).
Specifics: I do want some kind of portal opening between the Earth and the symbol shown above (If you need a clearer picture of the symbol, I'll give ya one (it's my site logo so I kind of want it featured)).
The logo's name is io3, if you look carefully, you'll see why.
If you can make the portal lead from one part of earth to the dot in the logo, that would be great (if io3 was really metalicy silvery shiny-like and at an angle that would also be awesome ).
Thanks .
~Jindo
EDIT: Sorry for bein so specific, if you've started then could you please add this in at the end?:
I need text at the bottom (like in mine) that says "Step into our world", if you can make it really futuristic, but silvery metalic, that would be awesome .
It's doable, but It'll take me a while. I need like 3 progrmas, some special fonts, and some other stuff that's not easy to get. I'll have it done eventually.
lol, only a few suggestions, like i said, you can put this off as long as you want as long as you finish it .
~The portal i was aiming to kind of brighter than the background, you got the trail right but I was aiming for more of a () () () () ()()()()))))))))()()() () () () ()
If that's not clear then what I mean is similar to the one in the first post, just less crappy (because I suck ).
Couldn't really figure out how to make the spirals look cool.
The latest one has a grid at the top and bottom. Has a text reflection at the top. Differnet color portal, More portal effects.
Theres too much cramped into one place... maybe layer it under the zig-zag things but over the background, or find something to replace it. Logos should be kool but shouldnt be hard to look at
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
