Unit - Damage unit
In this action above you can choose damage type that unit would deal to another unit and i need make it equal to damage done by normal spells .
Which two types should i choose?

Don't you mean:
Unit - Damage target
And as i see to know from here you want to have a unit deal damage to another unit using spells. This trigger makes one unit do damage to another unit using a spell with a type like: fire, ice, lightning so if u want a unit to do damage to another unit with spells i suggest to use the object editor instead...

Really?
Then if I have a trigger that does damage : 23 times the Hero's Intelligence
How can you make it in Object Editor?

For triggers i usually use "Chaos" damage... Why? It deals 100% damage and bypasses all armour...

Becasue you don't want to do a spell that says it does 75 damage when it only does 50 because of the targetted units armour type...

Chaos ignores armor type, but not amount of armor.
So if the unit has like 20 Armor, he can receive much less damage.
I suggest using Spells-Magic (attacktype-damagetype) since it's the one that makes most sense.

I can back up Darkrae, I've tested it and the armor still protects the units, chaos only bypasses the armor type.

I believe somewhere, I've seen chaos do 95% to something...
