Final area sets how much the cone should expand or contract over the distance. Think of how Breath of Fire works, the cone is smaller at the cast point and considerably wider when it reaches its target destination.
Distance: Travel length.
Missile speed: Travel speed.
Area of Effect: Starting width.
Final area: Ending width.
