It looks like a 1967 chevy camaro, but that car does not have the teething as that car in the picture has
That's the closest one I can think of.

Edit2: I would pretty much say that this is the car you are looking for, the bult is in the same place, the wing i there, all except the teeth, this one has probably been modded a bit tho.

I knew it, to be even more exact, it is a camaro 1967 model

I found another car with the teeth on the fender aswell

Not sure which one of the models it is tho, the taillights on the picture looks modified, like they have been put deeper into the car than usual, but I am pretty sure that it is a chevrolet camaro 1967

It's quite obviously a 1964 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 442 with a Pontiac 421 and modified drivetrain.
