I'm certain that it is Command & Conquer : Generals, but I don't think that's Zero Hour.
Zero Hour didn't have that Tremor AGAS thingy.

Command and Conquer: Generals

Me and my cousin used to play this and we own!!

Since we play Zero Hour, i use GLA's stealth general and he use China's infantry general as our main tactics..

60% of the time, the game ends around 15 minutes of game time.. Massive infantry rush and GLA's tunnels lead us to our victory.. Also, because of GLA's stealth abilities, enemy's structures are being captured without getting noticed..
