Out there are lots of computer myths needed to be proven.

Since this is a technical support resource, why don't we try proving the computer myths to see if either one of them can be true?

You said it yourself. Technical Supporting has nothing to do with pc 'mythbusting'. Also...anyone who even tries to put up a hacking device site or anything similar is getting his thread cut down of this forum...I think we best be as we are.

I can only think of one such myth right now:

That magnets can damage the data in usb sticks and hard drives. Come on DDR, debunk it!

I can prove that. I had a friend who, at the start of the academic year, was at an average level, getting Cs and Ds in his GCSE work.

Then he got WoW, and was glued to it for the year.

And his final results? Es and a couple of Ds.

So yes. WoW damages brain cells!
