Which pygame version compatible to python 2.7

Hi all,

Im looking for the pygame version which is compatible to python 2.7
I searched at python.org, but the Python Game Tutorial uses pygame 1.7 which only works in python 2.4. Probably it isnt updated

I dont want to downgrade the python. I just need to know th compatible pygame version.
