Pings/Flares/Whatchamacallits

So. Can you use [lJASS]ForceUIKey[/lJASS] to bring up the ping point targeter?

Can you detect a ping, and get the X/Y?

These are things I want to know. I'd figure it out myself, but I don't have WC3 at the moment.

Unless there's a way to press ALT through ForceUIKey, you can't. Haven't tested if I could get the X/Y.

Can I reset the hotkey through Game Interface or something?

Not that I'm aware of, but there may be something in the Custom Hotkey text
file (the file that let's you create custom hotkeys).

So, you mean, Press Spacebar? Spacebar will bring you to the latest Ping.

Pressing Spacebar brings you to the Pinged Location.

I thought you meant In-Game.

I want to know if you can detect when a player pings a location. I want to know if I can get that location. I want to know if [lJASS]ForceUIKey[/lJASS] can bring up the point targetter for a ping.

Pretty sure he wants a native that gets the X/Y of a ping.
Like "GetPingX" or "GetPingY".
