1. how do i order a unit to cast an ability?
2. is it posible to take out the green life bar ower a specific unit (and the selection circle too)?

1. use trigger

unit - isssue order a unit target at a unit

make sure that unit has at lest 1 ability to cast.

2. i have no idea... u could check out the -game interface-

I don't think you're able to remove it from only one unit, if you look in the interface properties you may be able to remove it from all the units you could also give the unit the locust ability which would make it so players can't select it or control, which would eliminate the green circle ><
