So anyways...
I voted AOS. I like the fact that the game can come on a smaller map size and have very unique heroes with a lot of different options; in DotA (Sorry to use it as an example, really am), there are 91 heroes; 5v5, every player being different as it is, there are literally millions of different combinations; no two games in a good AOS are the same.

With RPG (my second-favourite choice!) a lot of the time, it's too constant.
Tower defenses are the same; when they're fresh, they're decent, but when you get to the point where you find their key, they lose all taste in difficulty (to me, at least!)
I'm not a fan of fps in any context, really; in Warcraft, no matter how good it is, I just don't think I'd be interested.
Hero defense CAN be fun, but I prefer hero attacking
And specialty stuff, such as Jurassic Park, definitely has its moments, but that's about it.
