A Silly question

I was under the impresion that in some old warcraft 3 version, in normal melee maps, heroes gained movement speed per agility point, but I may be wrong. Can help me clear this doubt?

i don't believe they gain move speed not entirely sure on this one but i highly doubt it

They don't defaultly, but there is an option in Gameplay Constants to cause agility to give a bonus to movement speed.

Yes, I know that option, and I have been asking myself why they created that option in game mecanics, from the very first versions of game, if it was to be unused by default maps.

Well.. Be happy that they created
It certainly is useful

And.. They never did increase Movement speed per agility point. Only attack speed.
