Ability: Reducing Enemy's Deffence

Is there an ability that makes its owner ignore some of the targets deffence (passively). The ability "reduce enemy deffence" is no good - if the unit has it, all who attack it ignore deffence, I need just the owner to do so!

Make fake buff, and with attacked unit event, make specific unit to deal extra % damage

good idea, but what would the formula be. I mean if the ability is Ignore 25%, then "(Unit Damage)x1.25" will not be what it should be, because 50% damage reduction is:

125/2=75.5

and if it ignores 25% its

100-25 = 75

at this point, 75 is almost the same as 75.5 but it would be different with othe values

^ now when I thought about it -> there's no way to detect unit's damage unless adding event from other trigger. Maybe that one who cast's the Reduce Armor?
