Anyone have or know where to get proxys that WORK

Google for proxy 99% of them don't work.

Im looking for a european proxy if anyone has working one please pm , or post.
Or if anyone know where to find proxies that ACTUALLY WORK?
Got Hide Ip platinum and it doesn't even do p2p for games ,ect . So thats out of the question.
