Are these items possible?

Item 1:

Increases Movespeed, attackspeed, mana and hp regeneration for awhile, then reduces all of them bellow normal.

Type-Charged(like clarity potion)

Item 2:

5% damage reduction for 10 seconds.

Type-Charged(like clarity Potion)

Item 3:

Type=Permanent

15% magic reduction

are these items possible? if so how can i make them? using which abilities and such :thup:ty

and is there any ability that gives you extra movespeed/attackspeed??(that will stack with boots of speed and gloves of haste )

Also if i buy 2 boots of speed they won't stack on top of eachtoher right? but if i used the same ability (Item Speed Movespeed Bonus) for another item would they then stack?

1. Can be triggered.
2. Can also be triggered.
3. Use the default ability "Runed Bracers" and modify the fields.
4. Use Endurance Aura.
