I am editing a map and I am having trouble figuring out how to add a bounty. The units under object editor say it has a gold bounty awarded - base = 25. Number of dice = 1 and sides = 3. But when I kill said unit, it is not awarding me gold. Please help

Is the owner of the unit Neutral Hostile? If not, you need to enable bounty for the owning player with the Player - Turn Player Flag On action.

Before I give you the answer, I'd like to direct your attention to a wonderful feature for finding answers immediately, with no need to wait for someone to reply! It's the search box in the upper right corner of the forum. Here's an example of what you can find:

And here is a post I found that explains what you need to do to fix the problem.

Although I agree with Weep about using the search feature, he didn't have to say it so condescendingly :p
But yes, make sure the bounty is on like everyone mentioned.
Also, the dice are a weird feature to figure out.
I believe, not 100% sure, but I think there's a tutorial or something to explain them, if you look for it.

Dice - Its for both base attack and bounty.

All dice is
Number of Dice - 1
Number of Sides - 3
(This would be if the bounty was 25, it'd be 26-29)
Number of Dice - 4
Number of Sides - 6
(Base attack - 20, it'd be 24-48) Multiply them together.

Wait, what?
4*6 is 24?

It seems:
Minimum damage = base + number of dice
But what is max damage?
Is that where multiple comes in?
Maximum damage = minimum + (dice*sides)?

AFAIK. In my uses of it thats how it works. Heres an example. If you have sides of die and number of dice as 1 both, and you want the damage to be 1-1, you need to set the base damage to 0 for it to be 1-1, which makes me believe that number of die adds one damage. And obviously its not going to be 4 + 6 = 10, its 4 * 6, because if theres four dice, and each one has 6 sides, thats 24 places where damage can be.

Actually, it means this:
If 1 Die has 3 sides, it gives 1 - 3 damage per attack.
So if 4 dice have 6 sides each, they give 1 - 24 damage per attack.
Same rules apply for bounty.
