Building help

I want a trigger that adds the build ability to a hero. I've already entered which buildings the hero can build in the OE (Techtree - structures built).

My problem is that then the hero automatically gains the building ability. I want him to get that ability once the trigger says so.

Any solutions?

Maybe you can create 2 similar heroes (with/without build abilitie). When you want can reemplace no-build hero to builder hero.

I know, is a bad idea, posibly the worst way to do it. But ey!, a bad idea is better than no ideas.
