Change a Unit's range?

is there a way to change a units attacking range?

from like 100 to 600?

if you mean in the object editor, scroll down until you see "Combat - Attack 1 (or 2) - Range" then change the value to whatever you want

If you want to change the range dynamicaaly (during game)
There is 2 way

1. Using the Attack2 = then make the unit have the ability to alternate attack1 and attack2 ( like dota troll warlord )

2. Using upgrade, upgrade the unit attack range. Once upgraded, cant deupgrade btw

Maybe an ability based off of Bear Form

First
Set attack1 and attack2 to your unit
Eg: attack 1: meele + ground only, attack 2: range + air only

Then
Set the Combat - Attacks Enabled = Attack 1 only

After that
Create 1 active but non selectable spell and name it "Henshin!"
eg:Taunt

Next
Create 1 spell that can change Attack index and name it "Switch"
eg: Item attack fire bonus

Finally
Create a trigger

• Switch attack
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Begins casting an ability
  • Conditions
    • (Ability being cast) Equal to Henshin!
  • Actions
    • Game - Display to (All players) for 0.10 seconds the text: Attack Index 2 has been enabled
    • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
      • If - Conditions
        • (Level of Switch for (Triggering unit)) Greater than 0
      • Then - Actions
        • Unit - Remove Switch from (Triggering unit)
      • Else - Actions
        • Unit - Add Switch to (Triggering unit)

End.
Its works and you can even alternate between the attack,
and here is the example. But it wont last long

Troll warlock morphs like demon hunter so you will need 2 units. 1 is melee and the other range

I tot its was attack index change >.<

No its morph it would be way to hard to do it your way. 1 you hav to add and remove bash.2 you hav to increase ms and decrease it but with morph its all done in the object editor
