Change form and skills

How do i make my hero use metamorphosis and changes his skills, instead of having the same skills as the normal form? Should it be based off another skill?

No. Metamorphosis changes the unit into a completely new unit.
When you create the new unit, just change the skills.

No go to Gameplay Constants and check box what says something like "Methamorphosis takes abilities with it.". Dunno uncheck it or check it but there is field for it.
