checkVisibility?

What exactly does "boolean checkVisbility" do in the function AddLightningEx?

Additionally, when it asks for a Z value, is that the actual Z value of the location, or is that supposed to be how much above thos X/Y coordinates I provided the lightning should be?

1.) dunno what checkvisibility does, perhaps it has to do with whether the lightning it shown when the area it's at is not visible to a player because of fog of war.

2.) actual z location
