Compressing skins

How would i manage to do this, cause my skin atm is 530 kb, it only shows the top part of the cape of the blood mage, and it also has no detail ..so :| help

If your file is a .tga, convert it to .blp using wc3 viewer, it should lower the size, and you can choose the level of compression you want.

Dont get it, is this a problem? Are you have trouble displaying the rest of the cape? Or havent you finished the rest?

no see it's JUST the cape allit does is float there, and it's alerady blp, it's still 530 KB

how big is the file pixelwise? XXX x XXX pixels

GIMP allows you to scale images.

Good cause i have gimp =] but i made a "skin" on gimp and i tried to save to and load it, it didn't load properly :/ it doesn't appear on th lich like i want it to .
