Creating a live stream on a website such as blogtv

Could someone please provide me with an answer for this problem? I need to do a screen-record and host it live on a website such as blogtv, but I can't figure out how from google. I've tried a variety of searches but nothing yielded anything helpful. Does anyone know how to do this? Any help will be appreciated.

I need to do a screen record, not with a camera. There are programs like camstudio that record the screen, but I don't know how to broadcast it as a live stream.

Use webcam max. It can record your screen and broadcast it as a virtual webcam. It's sweet.
