Creating symbian programs ?

I have a "N_GAGE" nokia mobile, and I want to built some programs that compatible with my mobile, I made some searches and I Knew that I can built some programs by java PL, C++, but It need special editor.
so Any one have some skills, experience in this field ?

What you need is probably some SDK.
