Custom abilities

Hei guys, can anyone help me how to create a new ability for a hero?
I know how to change an ability.. Like changing the name... But I want to create a new ability...
Like for example in Dota, Terrorblade, his ultimate is 'Sunder' which exchanges HP with the other. How do I create a new kind of ability?

its not a trigger its just simple as going to object editor click on abilities click create new custom ability, chose icon for ability and which ever spell it closest represents and then create the spell name it and click custom abilities to select it for your hero/unit/building/whatever
