Default Tip System of Warcraft

I there any ways to edit the tip system found in warcraft's game menu? I can't find the place to edit it in the world editor.. but I know I could make my own but using that area would be better and the texts won't flood the screen...

If there's a way, it should go something like this:

1. Download this file.
2. Change the text to fit your tips.
3. Import the changed file into your map.
4. Give it the file path "UI/TipStrings.txt", which ought to replace the existing tips.
