deleting common.j?

I don't know how to delete common.j in this map(attached file)

map doesnt work when I delete it

I heard that there's a way to merge war3map.j and common.j
(it's not sure. I just want to know how to delete common.j without errors)

is there someone who knows how to do this?

I asume you want the map to protected?
