Oh it was made by Penn and Teller for the Super Nintendo I think. It was back when games were just starting to get more graphic and people like Clinton were saying that they were bad for society and wanted developers to make games that simulated real life instead of violence or some stupid shit. And so they made this as kind of a joke.
