diNovo Edge keyboard beep...

Does anyone know how to disable the beeping sound that happens when Caps Lock or Scroll Lock is pressed, with the Logitech diNovo Edge keyboard? I googled it, and found this:

There is another option under the keyboard tools to totally disable the beep sound. Go to the My Keyboard tab, then select the keyboard preference tab on your left and there is a title called Keyboard Preferences. Under this title, there is an option called 'Beep when i press Caps Lock'. Uncheck this and it will stop the chime sound.

But that Keyboard Preferences tab is nowhere to be found in the SetPoint utility (and that's the only software that came with the keyboard).

It's really annoying having to listen to the beep everytime Caps/Scroll Lock is enabled

It's not on the software, I'm pretty sure they mean the keyboard options on your control panel (I forgot what Windows calls it).

My Keyboard Options in Control Panel has 3 tabs

Speed - Repeat Delay, Repeat Rate and Cursor Blink Rate
Hardware - Just a list of installed keyboards, I checked the properties for them and found nothing
SetPoint - Sends me straight to the SetPoint settings in a new window

And the sound itself is coming from the keyboard, not the laptop
