I honestly enjoy the setup of my Mac Laptop more so then I do my Iphone or my friends IPad. Sure the iOS devices have their moments where they shine, but in my opinion OSx and iOS should still remain their own separate OS.

I don't care about them moving everything into a database, that's fine with me (it makes sense) - as long as it's open and accessible

as far as the app launcher/etc. - again, I don't care as long as I can change if if I want to

MS is doing the same thing with their "metro" stuff

The best of iOS is currently being added to OS X, but they will never be the same. OS X will always be more powerful.

I'm cool with it. I'm looking forward to Mountain Lion, and to iOS 6
