Fade

I was wondering if there was a way or some one who had already made a Fade out screen that just has a Small portion of it revealed, i saw the Spot one by blizzard that makes it look like a small lens witch is almost perfect but the problem is i need the small area thats reviled on the right side, not in the center, i tried to figure out how to edit it but i wasn't able to get it to work

what if u made the part that u dont want them to see black?

thats what im trying to do but i have no clue on how to get it to work right.

make a image like size 540x540 but make the picture what u want to show 340 of the 540 and make the rest black.
