I was saying that it is good that you changed the title, because the original, as you said is not questioning - it is stating it as a fact.
In this context questioning and challenging are synonyms.

Perhaps more on topic, here is a paper (non reviewed ofc) on the data: http://arxiv.org/abs/1109.4897
It's a good analysis really but everything pretty much boils down to if they did the measurement and the assessment of accuracy correct.
Just to give an example (they have this base covered though), they use GPS to measure the distance between the detector and the source. Normal GPS has an error of +/-10m and could account for the entire anomaly by itself (18m is what differs the speed of light from the measured speed of the neutrinos over this distance). They ofc doesn't use normal GPS to measure the distance (read the paper!), this is just to give an example of things that still can be wrong.

To quote the conclusion of the paper:
Despite the large significance of the measurement reported here and the stability of the
analysis, the potentially great impact of the result motivates the continuation of our studies in
order to investigate possible still unknown systematic effects that could explain the observed
anomaly. We deliberately do not attempt any theoretical or phenomenological interpretation of
the results.

Edit: Btw, in 25 minutes there will be a press conference on the subject here: http://webcast.web.cern.ch/webcast/
I will unfortunately miss it :(
