File Opening problem

hey guys, so i had dled an .ico pack from a site(reliable one), and i changed my folders' icons so they would look diff. However whenever i now try to open them the attached picture comes up. I went to my CP and tried to change it but this was the only option i could select. And now its been bothering me too long and i have to know if theres something i could change about it

Did you scan the file for viruses, what site did you get it from?

it doesnt have any virus' i got it from warezforum( its a clean site ive been using it for couple of years and havent gotten a virus yet), and whenever i open a folder it opens with the "search" function, not the default one. Ive tried to reset my shell files in regedit, but even that hasent fixed it.
