Firewall Ports

Hi.

I am running Microsoft ISA as a firewall and was wondering which ports I need to open to get Battlefield to work?

I have opened 14567 but I think there are more (maybe Gamespy ports?) because I cannot get a server list so cannot find any servers to play on.

Can anyone give me some info on why i can't get the list?

i gotta admitt i never used that firewall .
what is so special bout that firewall ?
i mean there are tons of other firewalls around that are secure and tons easier to use .
if you want a list of good firewalls lemme know

it's just one of those things when it's the first one i came across..
we get the MSDN subscription so it was available and now after so much trying to learn it I just keep using it.

btw I can connect fine to a server, i just have to

Add Server -> Type in IP -> Click Join

every time, the ones i have added don't even stay in the list (or even appear)...

Mike, is there a way for you to allow BF1942Demo.exe incoming and outgoing access on any TCP port?

TCP out and UDP in and out, I believe.

udp range 23000 23009
udp eq 22000
udp range 14567 14570

these are the ports for a server, open them outboud and u will have a working client. I have no idea why it need "udp range 23000 23009", but it looks like it does some query stuff on them

Yes, port 23000 is the client's query port; 14567 is the default game port. He shouldn't need to open up those other ports, though.
