Just do a stroke on him so see anything you missed, then take it off after.

Like I can't see them in photoshop still, but I just used a huge eraser around him where they looked. Now they appear to be gone?
(his pants look shakey on the right because they are apparently shaped like that xD trust me, I triple checked )

Try putting a layer behind it that is the opposite color of his surroundings. It really helps when trying to point those little spots out.

I'd say it is pretty good for first render. 8/10 (Just because I don't like rating higher than that. )
