Anyways. The colors don't go well with the render, the text doesn't fit, and the render doesn't blend in. Just quick overview of the faults.

Make a nice looking border and add some effects to the render

Use colors that match the render and effects that would go with the style of the sig. Also, download some fonts from http://dafonts.com. Times New Roman makes any sig a failure (no offense)
