.FLAC question

I found an anime that I was quite interested in downloading, so i googled a torrent for the first season but the only one I could find were in .FLAC. I googled the extension and all I can find is it being related to Audio. Can .FLAC files be video too or is it all audio only?

Also is Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu any good? I watched The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi and loved it but was really lost with what was going on. Worth watching the episodes?

I'm afraid that torrenting is not supported or allowed at The Helper.

.flac is only audio afaik, so unless it said something like "rename extension to .mp4", it's probably just audio - check the file sizes as well, something like < 10mb indicates audio, something like > 100mb indicates video

FLAC is the Free Lossless Audio Codec. It's an open source audio codec; so unless the file extension needs to be renamed, it is only audio.
