Floating Doodads?

Yeah, ive seen some doodats that are appearently floating or placed on other doodats. I have no idea how to do that though. Please, reply if u can help me.

To place doodads on top of each other remove their pathing texture.

Removing pathing texture make doodats not collide, but still situated on ground. I want to put something on archway and still be able to pass the archway without colliding the doodad on archway.
