ForForce, and ForGroup

Is it considered more efficient to make the loops yourself rather than using the force or group functions since it would technically be one less function being called. Or is it mostly just preference? It definitely looks neater just doing it yourself, but just curious in terms of efficiency if there is any difference at all.

Thanks

Group functions are necessary. Even ForGroup, in some cases. Besides, I believe filters are faster than FirstOfGroup. And neater.

Forces are rarely necessary. A single loop from 0 - 15 is faster, and neater.

thanks, i see why the group function may be a necessity since its not as simple as forces where the maximum players are 12. ill start just doing force loops myself isntead as it does make things visually easier to manage.

For groups I benchmarked this a little while ago...

Slowest: ForGroup.

Out of loop vs condition... loop is faster after 8 units or so, I forget the exact number, otherwise condition is faster. I recommend loops. :)

That's what I do, too. But sometimes only up to 11. And sometimes just through an array of players. (A "force"...!) :p
