Gameplay Contants question

Just a quick question, I want to change the Max Level for Heroes in my map. I have searched the forum, and found how you do it, but I cant actually find this gameplay contants window, so I wondered, is it actually on the Reign of Chaos editor, or just Frozen Throne? I haven't got Frozen Throne, so I have no clue.

Thanks mate, thats all I needed to know, now I know to stop looking, I assume the same applies for making skills?

And can you port maps from Reign of Chaos into Frozen Throne.

yes, you can take a RoC map and open it in the TFT editor. you most likely can't do it backways though.

Or the other way around, Only roc has limited actions.
Polar escape is in roc as well as tft.

So many posibiltys are still there. You just have to think of something good.
