Gmod server not responding

I had a Gmod Dedicated server running perfectly yesterday. I have my computer set up as a static IP with ports forwarded for the server. Everyone could join my server without issue. When I started my server today, no one could join. They would get the server not responding error. I tried turning off my firewall, setting up a DMZ, (and both at the same time) but nothing works.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You sure you have your IP to static? If you have your ports forwarded and your firewall and static IP set up, you shouldn't have a problem.
